			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Welcome to the December 16, 2007 edition of the <strong>Carnival of Making Real Money</strong>. There has been a bunch of entries this time, so well done and thanks. Out of the 45 entries this time, I&#8217;ve weeded out the inappropriate articles on odd things, spam postings, &#8230; etc. to leave the best 22 of the core articles, sorted in three different categories.</p>
<p>But first I would like to apologize for the severe outage which we are tracking down. Briefly the outage began late last night and continued until the late morning. I think it has been tracked to wonky plugin&#8230;</p>
